Alongside our specialized instructors, following a preliminary briefing, you will experience flight directly from the pilot’s seat, taking control of the aircraft throughout the session. The second part of the service will commence immediately after the simulator session and will include an hour of therapy with our highly experienced psychologist and also former flight attendant.
Therapy is an essential component of this program, where we will focus on the following:

2. Discussion of the Simulator Session: This part of the therapy will include discussions about your simulator experience, with the psychologist providing feedback and support to help process the experience in a way that contributes to reducing fear.

Action Plan: At the conclusion of the session, you will have a clear direction and a personalized action plan to continue addressing your fear of flying, including suggestions for additional exercises, coping strategies, or, in more specialized cases, the continuation through psychological counseling sessions and simulator experiences.
